In early 2024, NPSx needed to completely reposition their NPS product offering and transform their business model.
To communicate this significant change effectively, the company turned to us to help create and launch their new brand – both visually and in their messaging.
Our approach was to create dramatically different ‘third wave of tech’ branding and supporting creative assets (including website designs), as well as a messaging strategy and framework.
