NPSx needed hands-on, proactive support to help launch and then market their training offering to the world.

The ultimate goal was to generate new leads through run paid media campaigns. However, the team at NPSx wanted to first understand more about their potential audience.

So we began by conducting market research into the customer experience training landscape. This included live global interviews with trainees who had already signed up.

Using this insight, we created tailored, targeted campaign journeys and
messaging. We then delivered an overarching campaign concept, and brought this to life through creating new advertising assets and landing pages.

Purmön has continued to grow our successful working relationship through creating bespoke video content, programmatic campaigns, website copy and designs, social ads and brand guidelines.
