They needed a strong brand position, a big, distinctive visual style and a super-confident voice to communicate all this quickly and effectively.

We had the name, but nothing else. So we set about defining the essential benefit of the app. Namely, that you’ve earned your money so you should keep more of it.

This single-minded clarity gave us the direction to create a new, friendly and relatable voice, strapline, colourful photographic assets with real customers, even targeted print ads, bespoke video and national radio ads.

And in partnership with 22-Design, we created distinctive new brand guidelines…
